We advise clients on stand-alone employment matters as well as on employment issues as part of our M&A practice. Our clients include both manufacturing and service companies in various sectors.

The TA team has advised on, among other things, employment legislations, hiring, termination and transfer of blue and white collar employees, prepared employment policies and manuals, and drafted various employment contracts, non-compete and confidentiality agreements. We have effectively helped clients manage executive exits and other sensitive and complex employer-employee relationship issues.
