She holds a Master’s degree in Law with a specialisation in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), complementing her practical experience in advising businesses and creative professionals on the protection and commercialisation of their intellectual assets.
Her experience includes trademark litigation, enforcement strategy, and brand protection. She has represented clients before the Delhi High Court and District Courts in complex matters involving trademark and copyright infringement, passing off, and commercial disputes across sectors including fashion, pharmaceuticals, furniture, sports, and real estate.
She also advises startups, emerging businesses, and established companies on developing and implementing effective intellectual property strategies, including the protection, management, and commercialisation of their IP assets. Her practice extends to corporate and commercial agreements and contracts, with a focus on aligning legal documentation with clients’ commercial objectives and long-term business strategy.
Pritika has a particular interest in the media and entertainment sector and works with emerging artists and creative professionals on contractual and intellectual property matters. She advises them on artist and talent agreements, licensing arrangements, rights management, and royalty-related issues, helping them understand and protect their commercial and creative interests.
