Bhavyaa is a contractual and intellectual property practitioner with a focused practice in commercial contract drafting, brand protection, and regulatory advisory. She holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from O.P. Jindal Global University, where she built a strong interdisciplinary foundation in business and law that continues to inform her practical, commercially-minded approach to legal work.
Her core practice centres on the drafting, vetting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and business documents, including vendor agreements, service and engagement contracts, licensing arrangements, NDAs and internal corporate policies. She works closely with clients to transform complex business requirements into clear, enforceable legal instruments, delivering rigorous legal protection.
On the intellectual property side, Bhavyaa advises clients on brand protection strategy, including trademark prosecution and portfolio management, copyright assignment, and the safeguarding of proprietary business assets. She routinely advises clients on structuring their IP holdings to support business growth, licensing, and expansion into new markets.
Beyond her commercial and IP work, she also offers advisory on internal working policies within labour law and data protection frameworks, including compliance under India’s evolving data protection regime. This includes advising on consent mechanisms, privacy policies, and organisational compliance obligations, guiding clients in navigating digital transformation and regulatory change.
