Vaishnavi Sikka 

Vaishnavi Sikka is an Associate Partner specializing in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) law. She holds a B.Com. (Hons.) LL.B. degree and a Master of Laws (LL.M.), combining strong academic foundations with significant judicial and practical experience.  

Prior to transitioning to active practice as an Advocate, Vaishnavi served as a Judicial Officer in the State of Punjab for over five years. Her tenure on the bench provided her with deep insight into judicial reasoning, evidentiary standards, and dispute resolution dynamics — experience that now informs her strategic litigation and advisory practice.
