Ritu is an advocate with an LLM in IP and Technology Law from the National University of Singapore. She is an alumnus of Hidayatullah National Law University. Her previous experience includes working at Saikrishna & Associates, Noida where she was a part of the Transactions & Advisory Team dealing with Commercial Intellectual Property. She has worked on multiple agreements for films and television, conducted due diligence for transfer of IP rights, prepared reports highlighting issues with respect to manuscripts, film scripts and TV show concepts, inter alia. She also has over four years of litigation experience at the courts in the tricity, primarily, the High Court of Punjab and Haryana.
